Camber plates come noise, is it normal?

Hey,
Recently I add new wheels/tires/Max Speeding camber plates. Once I got them installed, they were pretty noisy; it sounded like someone was brewing coffee in my wheel well (somewhere between a creak and a pop). It seemed to settle down after a while.

It made a couple of loud popping noises and now I'm getting a bad creaking noise only when I turn full-lock to the left. Turning all the way to the right doesn't make any noise at all. Pretty sure my tires aren't rubbing, we didn't even have to roll the fenders to get the 245/35s up front to fit with max camber (bout -2.5 deg). I'm running arc-8s with 18x8.5" +38 up front.

Do you meet same problem, help explain.
