M3 E46 SMG potential issues

I've seen a M3 E46 SMG that has decent specs, I am well aware of the potential issues (SMG problems, sub-frame) of those cars.

I was wondering whether there are any owners of E46 M3 here that had those issues and can elaborate on them?

Any recommendation for BMW specialists in the area of Groningen?
